LockLLM (“LockLLM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a website, dashboard, and API (the “Services”). We do not collect user data for analytics or advertising. Cookies are used only for authentication.

  • API requests: When you call the LockLLM API, we process the text you submit to return a scan result. We do not store the content of your prompts. We do not use your API input for model training, advertising, or marketing.
  • Activity logs: We temporarily store metadata about your API requests (timestamps, request IDs, scan results, token counts, and credit usage) for billing, security monitoring, and service operation. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Prompt content is not included in these logs.

  • Advertising Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. We take reasonable measures to protect the Services. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and API keys and avoiding sharing sensitive secrets in any text you submit.
