2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal user data for tracking, profiling, marketing, or ads.
- Authentication: We use authentication to let you access your account and the dashboard. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in.
- API requests: When you call the LockLLM API, we process the text you submit to return a scan result. We do not store the content of your prompts. We do not use your API input for model training, advertising, or marketing.
- Activity logs: We temporarily store metadata about your API requests (timestamps, request IDs, scan results, token counts, and credit usage) for billing, security monitoring, and service operation. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Prompt content is not included in these logs.
3. Cookies
Cookies are used only for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking, behavioral advertising, or analytics profiling.
4. How we use information

5. Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with advertisers.
We may share limited information only if required to comply with applicable law or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.
6. Data retention
We do not collect user data for analytics or advertising. Authentication cookies persist only as needed to maintain your session.
Activity log metadata (excluding prompt content) is automatically deleted after 30 days. Account information and billing records are retained as required for service operation and legal compliance.
If you contact support, we retain the contents of your message only as needed to respond.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Services. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and API keys and avoiding sharing sensitive secrets in any text you submit.
